The Climate Tribe wishes our followers Eid Mubarak as we join the community to celebrate Eid Al Adha.

Falling within the lunar calendar, this year, Eid Al Adha also coincides with the date harvest. As our community comes together, we also honour the generous date palm trees that have offered their nutritious fruit and gentle shade to our communities for generations. We welcome you to join our Community Impact team to tour a date farm this month. We invite you to jump over to our watch page and check out The Climate Tribe films “A Delicious Resource” or “Circular Construction” to see innovative ways UAE Entrepreneurs are using date seeds and leaves to keep this resource in our circular economy.

This award-winning photograph is from the first season, “Love of the Earth”, of the Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Rashid al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) Archive. The Climate Tribe has partnered with HIPA, leveraging the power of photography to inspire global awareness of sustainability and advance climate action.
