Mahak Agrawal
Mahak Agrawal is an urban planner, climate science and sustainability expert, and global thought leader. As a Shardashish Scholar and Environmental Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, Mahak earned her second master’s in public administration with a specialisation in environmental science and policy. Recognised for her achievements in accelerating the Sustainable Development Goals in India through public health initiatives, she was nominated for the Gates Foundation’s 2021 Goalkeepers Global Goals Award. Mahak has been an expert reviewer for the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and authored numerous scientific publications. She also creates sustainable art advocating for climate action with her mum.
