Steps for Change: Wadi Hike – Exploring Sustainability and Nature

Come join The Climate Tribe on a gorgeous hike through the peaks of Wadi Khamed in Ras al Khaimah. 

Hikers will learn about the UAE's unique geology and plant life while practising the seven principles of ‘Leave No Trace.’ We’ll also discuss hiking safety and give navigation tips. This hike has a few ascents and descents, following a trail of roughly 13 kilometres, allowing us to see the stunning views of the mountains.

Please come prepared with sturdy hiking shoes, a backpack, at least two litres of water, snacks, a warm jacket, sunglasses, a hat, and a fully charged phone.
